Maryland Thermoform a Custom thermo former located in Baltimore, Maryland announced today it is escalating its capability for custom cut sheet product manufacturing

Baltimore, Maryland (mdthermo.com Press Release) November 24, 2008 — Speaking for Maryland Thermoform INC. President Jim Hall stated “Maryland Thermoform is best known for its extraordinary quality light gauge thermoforming products serving the CosmetciMedical, and Food packaging industries. Its dual focus in both light and heavy gauge products has created demand for more internal cut sheet thermoforming capacity ”Custom Cut Sheet Product Manufacturing

Maryland Thermoform currently utilizes its ISO 9001 Registered with Design status registration to attract and retain customers in the aerospace and defense customers. These customers tend to demand high quality, low volume products at competitive costs.

Maryland Thermoform increased capacity requirement has created its need of a late model “Double Ender” Thermo former. President Jim Hall has specified the following equipment requirements. PLC controlled, 4 x 6 both sides, Full Technique, Pressure Form on at least one side, Electric platens, Ceramic Heat with locking features and air bags a plus.

Given the current economic environment and to facilitate a quick search, Scott Macdonald has been tasked with finding the right equipment for the company. Mr. Macdonald was quoted as saying” A name brand machine would be preferred but a well built custom or small private label machine would also be considered” Additionally he is asking for assistance by the used equipment resellers attempting to find such a machine. He is available at info@mdthermo.com or 410-947-5063 x105 where he insists your response will be handled immediately and in strictest confidence.
